We inform our customers that the assignment of the rooms is the absolute responsibility of the Management.
In the confirmation email you will find the two methods of payment of the deposit of 50% of the total; the deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (in the latter case, you must immediately notify us by email of your credit card number and expiry date).
The transfer must be made within 4 working days from the time of booking. For bookings made only 3 days in advance of arrival, payment of the deposit by credit card is required.
Free up to 14 days before arrival. For late cancellations and / or no-shows we ask for the total amount of the stay.
Children up to 24 months: free, in the parents’ bed.
3rd bed: 20% reduction.
Change of bed linen / towels: every 3 days.
Cleaning and rearrangement of the room: daily.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the structure (bedrooms, reception, bathrooms).
Pets are not allowed.
American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival.
