Tourist Tax:

Please note that the tourist tax of € 2.00 per day per person is included in the cost of the holiday. The tourist tax does not apply under 12 years of age.

Cancellation / Prepayment:

In the confirmation email you will find the methods of payment of the deposit of 50% of the total; the deposit can be paid by credit card.

Booking cancellation:

Free up to 60 days before arrival. For late cancellations and / or no-shows we will keep in hotel the 50% of the amount.

Children and extra beds:

Children up to 30 months: free, in the parents’ bed.
3rd bed: 20% reduction.

Cleaning:

Cleaning and rearrangement of the room: daily.
Bed linens are changed every 3 days, bath towels are changed every 2 days.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00.

Pool:

Our pool is open from 9:30 to 19:30.

Smokers:

It is forbidden to smoke inside the structure (bedrooms, reception, bathrooms).

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

Credit cards accepted:

American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival.
